Apolo MEA Befestigungssysteme is a 100% subsidiary of the internationally successful Grupo CELO. The family owned group employs more than 250 employees at 11 locations with its headquarter in Castellar del Vallès (Barcelona, Spain). Grupo CELO sells to more than 6,000 customers in 86 countries. The mission of the group is to offer to industry and construction customers a wide range of screws and fixing systems of the highest quality to fulfill highest customer expectations.

On December 31^st 2015, Grupo CELO acquired 100% of the family owned company Trident Fasteners located in Grand Rapids (Michigan, USA). Trident is specialized in manufacturing cold formed fasteners and screws in diameter M5 to M12 mainly for automotive and construction industry. Trident employs 40 employees.

With this acquisition Grupo CELO reinforces the strategy to offer a global service to our international customers with local production facilities. The new company Trident Fasteners provides access to the North American market. The other three production plants of Grupo CELO are located in Spain, Germany and China.
