Hi-Tech Fasteners of Canada Inc., Mississauga, Ontario, a distributor of engineered fastener, electronic hardware and mechanical components, has acquired the industrial fastener business of Wesco Aircraft Canada, a distributor of specialty fasteners, fastening systems and production installation tooling.

The transaction will enable Hi-Tech Fasteners to expand its presence throughout Canada.
