Lawson Products Inc. (NASDAQ:LAWS), Chicago, IL, has acquired Perfect Products Co., Clinton Township, MI. Terms were not disclosed.

Founded in 1959, Perfect Products is a family-owned, full-service distributor of fasteners, bolts, nuts, clips and screws for domestic and imported vehicles.
