FASTDEV Srl says by integrating its EASYPROD 4.0 with an ERP system, fastener companies are able to reduce manual activities and human errors, optimise costs, improve productivity and reduce waste.

EASYPROD 4.0 features an ERP module – F-ERP – that contains ERP integration, manufacturing resource planning, control panel for tooling machines, and a production scheduler with finite capacity. Another module available on EASYPROD 4.0 is the F-MES manufacturing execution system for data collection and monitoring, which also contains KPI analysis.

Other features of EASYPROD 4.0 include F-VIEW that displays control panel efficiency of departments and machines; F-MAPS that monitors the control panels and efficiency control of production departments; and F-OEE gives an effectiveness indicator of the structure through a sophisticated analysis system of availability, efficiency and quality. The KPI function also has batch number traceability and workflow production batch information.
