It is published by the website of Ministry of Commerce that on May 25th American time, The US Department of Commerce gives a final judge on the anti-dumping and anti-subsidy investigation of anti-corrosion plates originated from China, India, Italy, South Korea and Taiwan. The US Department of Commerce rules that the anti-dumping rate of China Enterprises is 209.97% and the anti-subsidy rate is 39.05%.
Actually, it is the third time within two weeks for the USA to take the trade remedy measures against China Steel Products. On May 17th, The US Department of Ministry gives a final judge on the anti-dumping and anti-subsidy investigation of cold-rolled plates originated from China. The anti-dumping rate of China Enterprises is 265.79% and the anti-subsidy rate is 256.44%.
Based on the statistics of WTO, the USA initiated 43 cases of anti-dumping investigation and 22 cases of anti-subsidy investigation, which made the USA become the largest user of trade remedy investigation in WTO.
