Imperial Fastener & Industrial Supply — a subsidiary of Indianapolis-based Haggard & Stocking — has announced plans to expand its operations in Evansville, IN.

The company will invest $1.5 million to build a new warehouse and office facility at 4814 Spring Street in Evansville that will create seven new jobs over the next two years.

The new facility will be 23,700 square feet and construction will begin later in July. The Growth Alliance for Greater Evansville said the city of Evansville will also consider a six-year tax abatement based on Imperial's expansion plans.

Haggard & Stocking acquired Imperial Fastener in the fall of 2016.
