The 5th Taiwan International Fastener Show (Fastener Taiwan) officially kicked off on Apr. 10. A total of 415 exhibitors with 1107 booths, covering an exhibition floor of almost 20,000 square meters, displayed all kinds of fasteners, machinery and tools. The biennial event will last for 3 days and ended on Apr. 12. As a media partner of the show, reporter of ChinaFastener Magazine came to the exhibition with more than 40 Chinese company leaders and the latest issue of ChinaFastener Magazine.


Near 2000 visitors were attracted to the show and treated to well-designed stands. It looks like the event is not only an exhibition, but also a celebration of Taiwanese fastener industry and their achievements. Exhibitors included Jiangsu Washen, Yuyao Xintai, Shanghai Rivet, Zhejiang Ansheng, Jiaxing ChinaFar, Ching Chan, Chunzu, etc.
What's more, to further enhance the communication between exhibitors and purchasers, the organizer will held other events 1-on-1 Procurement Meetings. The event underlines why Taiwan has a reputation as the ‘Kingdom of Screws. A rapidly growing sector for the Taiwanese market is the automotive market, with several exhibitors highlighting the services and products they can provide.
Based on the official data, Taiwan has exported near 4.08 billion US dollar fasteners to other countries, which also underlines the huge fastener industry in Taiwan.
