Haiyan fastener plant held the 20th anniversary ceremony on December 8, 2007. Haiyan Fastener Industrial Institute of China, the institute of standard parts, the county government, the town government and leaders from more than 200 screws industry and related people has attended this ceremony. Haiyan fastener plant is well equipped with advanced detection facilities and has a huge contingent of technicians. 

Haiyan fastener plant, as one of the earliest investment fastener enterprises, have gone through 20-year development and become State Administration of Machinery Industry's designated professional enterprise for manufacturing standard fasteners. Hex bolts M5 - M16 ( inside or outside) produced by Haiyan plant are made of high-quality carbon steel, alloy steel, with strength range from 8.8 to 10.9 grade. The exported fasteners are manufactured by DIN,BS, ASNI£¬ while products for domestic market is manufactured by GB. Meanwhile, it also designs and manufactures some non-standard parts and molds for standard fasteners. 
 
Twenty years ago, transforming from a state-owned stone factory to fastener manufacturer, Haiyan became the first factory to manufacture inside and outside hex bolts. 
 
After 20-year hard time, Haiyan fastener plant has overcome all difficulties with the help of different leaderships at all level and people from all sectors of society. Thanks to advanced managerial experience, flexible operational mechanism and initial innovation, Haiyan has expanded year by year and constantly improve the quality of the products; domestic and international markets are under a steady expansion. Haiyan fastener plant become more and more powerful and its products sell to Europe, America and Southeast Asia gaining a high reputation from customers. The scale and the sales volume have been as four times as that before reform, while the income and welfare of workers continues to increase. Over the past 20 years, Haiyan fastener plant plays a positive role on the development of Haiyan's fastener industry.
 
The development and progress will become Haiyan fastener plant's new starting line and driving force. Learning from experience, Haiyan fastener plant expresses that it will keep moving on through reforming and bold innovation aiming to contribute to the development of Haihan fastener industry and the economic revitalization of Haiyan region.
