According to the Russian State Council Information industry forecasts, total sales of automobile spare parts in the first level market is about 9 billion U.S. dollars in 2008, and will reach its 15 billion U.S. dollars in 2009.    

  However, The Russian Government’s Industrial Assembly regulation shows that, foreign car companies began assembling cars in Russian , should gradually decrease imports of auto parts after 2 years, and after 7 years the localization degree of auto parts will be up to 50 percent .
