Mexico Makes the Initial Ruling of Antidumping against Steel Nuts from China

On 5th, Mar, 2010, Mexico ministry of economic affairs inform  the economic and commercial counsellor’s office of the embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Mexico that Mexico will not take any preliminary antidumping measures on steel nuts from China and the antidumping investigation procedure will continue.
 
On 3rd, Feb, Mexico initiates antidumping investigation against steel nuts from China. The China Custom codes include 73181603 and 73181604. According to Mexico’s request, the parties involved should summit evidence or comments to Mexico ministry of economic affairs within 30 working days after the initial ruling is announced.
