The 10th Zhonghuan International Metal Exhibition (short name CMPI 2010) was grandly opened in Chongqing International exhibition Center, Chongqing, China on 11th, Mar, 2010. CMPI includes three sessions: the 10th CMPI- Casting, forging, heat treatment & Furnace exhibition, the 10th CMPI Metal, steel tube, stainless steel exhibition, the 10th CMPI fastener, spring & facilities exhibition.
On 5th, Feb, 2009, China government lists Chongqing City as major economy center in western region. Chongqing is also a new special administrative region with fast development potential, China's fast-developed industrial city, weapon manufacturing base, China's auto city and capital of the world's motorcycle .Along with the further implementation of western development, the industry of Chongqing develops in a high speed and international manufacturing and processing orders transfers to Chongqing steadily. During the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan", Chongqing invests 170.5 billion RMB oon Manufacturing industry, 60 billion for auto & M of manufacturing investment in 1705 100 million, of which 60 billion for Auto & motorcycle industry, which indicate the advantages of Chongqing's industrial policy and industrial clusters. Along with the rapid development of China's industrial in recent years, such as automotive industry, machinery manufacturing, metal industry, aerospace, engineering machinery, electronic appliances and high-tech industries, fasteners industry meet a great chance for development.
