Taiwan BBC reports that Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA) will organized a trade delegation from 13 screws and nuts enterprises in Taiwan to step into Middle and South America market for expanding new emerging markets and more potential customers in this month. Argentina, Chile and Peru are the top potential markets while TAITRA decides to visit this time.
During this business trip, the delegation do not only organize business negotiation, but also plan to visit some local enterprises. At the same time, the delegation has appointed Mr. Chen Mingzhao, council chairman of Taiwan Industrial Fastener Institute to sign cooperation agreement with ASEXMA to bring more business opportunities between two countries.
The total production value of Taiwan screw industry is 76.8 billion TWD, while export value of 68.5 billion TWD, accounting for 89% of the total production value in last year. However, effected by global financial crisis, the growth of export meets decease. Under these circumstances, some enterprises turn to new emerging markets for more business. Middle and South America are the best choice for Taiwan Screw Industry.
