The 2nd conference of the seventh Standing Council, Fastener Chapter of China Mechanical General Components Industry Association, was Held in Crown Prince hotel, Huangjiang town, Dongguan on May 8th to 10th, 2011. There were about 60 people including Wang Changming (vice chairman of General Components Industry Association), Feng Jinyao (chairman of Fastener Chapter) and corporation representatives attended this conference. Local government and superior leaders of association made speeches in the conference under the conducting of Mr. Feng. During the association work report and introduction of industry twelfth five-year plan, Mr. Feng pointed out that domestic fasteners made a series of accomplishments in dealing with international trading friction and industry communication as well as in import and export volumn. The sales volumn of fasteners was 6.2 million tons in 2010, up to RMB 60 billion, far exceeding the expect of the begaining of year. Fastener Chapter will throughly implement the plan of boosting mechanical basal components industry development, enchance industry level, prepare well other relative programmes, and strengthen the work of publicity and communication.
