Simple design of the machine and low operation noise level is the main feature of this machine series.
Hard metal and phosphor bronze bearing are set on the sliding surfaces between main slide and bed frame. Its clearance is adjustable only by adjusting the cover plate on the top after years of operation.
Forward and backward push buttons together with foot brake will enable operator to do quick set-up.
Set up time will be greatly shortened by applying a starting line on the top of moving die and the set-up will be reached by turning a pinion gear set on the flywheel eccentric wheel .
Moving die is set up on die pocket on main lide. It is recommended not to use horizontal stay bolt just to avoid damaging many parts when blanks are rolled backward instead of falling down.
