Sleeve anchors can be used in concrete, brick and block base material, and are best suited for light to heavy duty fastening purposes.
There are seven types of sleeve anchors we can provided :
(1) sleeve anchor with hex head bolt
(2)sleeve anchor bolt with hex nut
(3)sleeve anchor bolt with hex flange nut
(4)sleeve anchor with eye bolt
(5)sleeve anchor with lifting hook bolt
(6)sleeve anchor with supporting hook bolt
(7)antiskid sleeve fishbone anchor bolt
Installation steps
1. Using a hammer drill and carbide tipped drill bit, drill a hole the same diameter as the anchor diameter, and at least 1/2" to 1” deeper than the expected embedment.
2. Clean out hole of all debris.
3. Set the nut flush with the top of the sleeve anchor.
4. Insert the sleeve anchor through the fixture into the hole in the base material until the washer and nut are tight against the fixture.
