A: Our main products include precision electronic screws, set screws, knurling nuts ,Inch screws and bolts,washers,12.9 and 14.9 high-strength steel fasteners, customized fasteners, etc. The materials involve in carbon steel (4.8, 8.8, 10.9, 12.9), stainless steel (304,316,316L), brass, titanium and so on.
We can supply the latest designs or customized fasteners.
Specialty: automobile fasteners, photovoltaic screws, and high-speed rail fasteners, special T bolt, double ended bolt, etc.
Q2: Which industry field are your products used in?
A: Our products are mainly used in electronic products, mechanical equipments, new energy products, intelligent manufacturing, communications-equipments, protective products, household electrical appliances, automobiles, etc. Our products are burr-free, high-strength, anti-corrosion, environmental protection, etc.
Q3: How long is your delivery time?
A: In case of available products in stock, we can ship it within two business working days after receiving payment. In case of custom order, it depends on craftwork and quantity.
Q4: Which country is your main export country?
A: Our main export regions include Europe, North America, South America, Mid-East, Asia, Africa, etc.
Q5: How can I customize my products?
A: Attach your drawings include as much as details (surface treatment, material, quantity and special requirements etc).
Q6: How can I get prototype sample to check your quality?
A: After quotation is confirmed, we can send some prototype samples in advance based on your requirements. In case of existing samples in warehouse, it is free for sample fee, but additional freight fee is needed. In case of new sample to produce, sample fee and freight fee are all needed.
Q7: Can I trust you?

Q8: Can I visit your factory?

Q9: Can we do SGS inspection for the material?
A: Yes. Inspection fee needs to be included in quotation.
Q10: How about the after sales?
A: If our product have some problems, firstly, please send pictures or videos to us, let us identify what might be the problem. We can send the replacements free or provide you discounts in your next order for compensation depending on situations.
