European Commission Announced the Review Notification of the WTO Fastener Dispute DS397

Today(2012-03-06), the EC(European Commission) announced a review notification. It is the judgement about the anti-dumping case of EU(European Union) Charged Chinese fastener(DS397) according to the WTO's dispute settlement body. The notification said that during the investigation, EU had againsted the WTO's anti-dumping agreement many times, so the EC decided to launch the retrial to the anti-dumping measures. This retrial is the first implem entation since EU lost the lawsuit in WTO, so it is very important to the Chinese fastener exporters, also it relates to China's core interests in the WTO's dispute ruling execusive cases. It is suggested a meeting to be ready and reply.
