Vietnam AD Rulings on China Cold-rolled Stainless Steels

According to Vietnamese newspaper, on December 3, Vietnam's trade authority made preliminary antidumping rulings on cold-rolled stainless steels from China, Chinese Taiwan, Indonesia, and Malaysia: to impose provisional antidumping duties for 120 days.
For mainland China enterprises: the duty rate of 6.45% on Fujian Southeast Stainless Steel Co Ltd; 6.99% on Lianzhong Stainless Steel Corporation; 6.68% on others.
For Taiwanese enterprises: 30.73% on Yuan Long Stainless Steel Corp; 13.23% on others.
For Indonesian and Malaysian enterprises, the interim rates are 12.03% and 14.38% respectively.
On July 9, Vietnam launched the antidumping probe at the request of Posco VST Co Ltd and Hoa Binh Inox JSC.
