Established in 1989 and stepped from original fastener heat treatment center, Ningbo Xingyi Fastener Co., Ltd. has developed into one of the most biggest and professional hot forging fastener manufactures and suppliers experienced more than 20 years continuous innovation & hard development in China, today, we own leading R&D ability, independent production base and integrated industry chain.
Our headquarters is located in Zhenhai district of Ningbo, our professional and large scale production bases is located in Lianyungang in Jiangsu province, this production base is nearly 120,000 square meters and the plant area is about 80,000 square meters, our total staff are about 550, the engineering technical personnel proportion is more than 25%，among them, we have 10 senior engineers and technology experts.
In recent years, we have cooperated with China Academy of machinery science and other scientific Research Institutes to set up R&D center, increased the investment in R&D and technics innovation, our ability of R&D and technology innovation is leading in fastener industry in China.
We have 516 sets of international advanced hot upsetting intermediate frequency equipments, multi-position cold heading machines, CNC machines, grinding machines and etc used for manufacturing and product testing, in which we have 9 sets of automatic temperature control continuous mesh belt resistance furnace, 10 sets of computer servo universal testing machine, Germany automatic testing equipments including 2 sets of spectrometer, 15 sets of burawoy sclerometer, 2 sets of low temperature impact test machine, 3 sets of large size axis force torque measuring instrument, our production technology and equipment level occupies a leading position in the fastener industry of China
We purchase and use the high quality material from well-known steel factories in China by fixed position. According to the standards of DIN, ANSI, BS, JIS, AS, ISO,GB and etc, we develop and produce series of high quality external/inner hexagonal bolts, high strength connects, no-standard fastener products in metric system( 8.8 grade,10.9 grade,12.9 grade) and the USA system(2 grade, 5 grade, 8 grade, B7 grade, L7 grade ,BC grade ,BD grade), the strength can reach 10.9S, 10.9HV, A325, A490, the specification is from M16-M64(1/2”--3”) in diameter, and the length is from 50mm-2000mm(11/2” –800”), our total production ability is more than 60,000 tons per year. Our products are widely used in high buildings, bridges, railway, petroleum and chemical industry, wind power generation and etc areas. More than of our 85% products exported to America，Europe, Japan，the Middle East, Southeast Asia and etc.
As a fastener industry leader, since 2000, our company was the first company which obtained the certifications of ISO 9001(CQC, RW-TUV,BVQI), CE of Europe, TSG (The Special Equipment Manufacturing License), CNAS(China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment Laboratory Assessment), meanwhile, we also gained the honors of Zhejiang Province well-known trademark, Ningbo named trademark and famous brand products.
Our company has been authorized the easy access qualification by China Custom and Commodity Inspection Bureau. Our company is the member of China fastener association, the member of China steel structure association and the member of Ningbo heating treatment association.
