The era of Intelligent Manufacturing reaches in every field with an irresistible speed. What it brings is changes of enterprise production mode, industrial business form, and even the social administration pattern. On July 19, organized by Fudan Premium Fund of Management and Fudan University, celebrated scholars and specialists in the fields of Management and Engineering attended the 2015 Fudan International Forum of Management, sharing opinions of how to deal with the challenges flowing under the chances in this Intelligent Manufacturing Era.

"China’s manufacturing has entered into the stage of robot substituaion on a large scale.” said Mr. Yang Xueshan, Former Deputy Minister of Minstry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China. The large scale of substitution signifies the likelihood of industrial transformation with the help of advance technology.

However, to deal with the challenges of social organizational form and administration mode coming along with Intelligent Manufacturing Era should be the most crucial part. Many scholars on site admitted that the most urgent task was to make clear how many basic technologies related to intelligent manufacturing the enterprise has mastered. Specialists indicated that there would be new demand on domestic market, which further requires the transformation of traditional manufacturing industry. To make good use of Internet and high-tech will be one resultful and direct way.
