On February 15, 2016, the Board of Directors of Chicago Rivet & Machine Co. (NYSE-MKT - CVR) declared a regular quarterly dividend of eighteen (18) cents per share, payable March 18, 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 4, 2016.

At the same meeting, the Board of Directors also declared an extra dividend of twenty five (25) cents per share, payable March 18, 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 4, 2016.
