A few days ago, Vice-Governor of Zhejiang Province, Mr. Zhu Congjiu gave comments on the report regarding the reform progress of national testing technology center for standard parts and requested a further promotion of the relative reformation tasks.

1. To crack the constraint of existing systems for the sake of company transformation; On November 5, 2013, Haiyan National Quality Inspection Center was formally established as a state-owned enterprise through industrial and commerce registration with lots of outstanding results. In December 2014, General Administration of Quality Supervision of China (AQSIQ) gave official consent to the company/center, allowing it to change itself to Zhejiang Guojian Testing Technology Co., Ltd. In January 2015, the company/center was listed in Zhejiang Property & Stock Exchange, increasing its total registered capital to 33 Million CNY.

2. To obey the market rules, quickening the pace of strengthen oneself; the company/center acquired the locally influential testing company—Chengdu Jinma Testing Company in 2015 while it also expanded its business coverage to the leading export-oriented countries in Europe & America and over 10 Chinese provinces & cities e.g. Chengdu, Wuhan, Shanghai, Jiangsu, etc. At present, the company/center provides over 2,000 enterprises at home and abroad, among which the foreign testing business takes around 17% of its entire business, the huge project business takes 27%, the military and aviation business takes 23%, the manufacturing enterprises business takes 28%.

3. To insist the transformation target, emphasizing on the quality & efficiency improvement; after the establishment, the company/center has invested over 6 million CNY on the testing equipment in 2015.
