Dongguan Pengchi Hardware Co., Ltd was established in 2003, integrating production, research and development, sales, mainly producing fasteners of Grade 12.9 and sleeve anchors series products and also specialized in producing "EG"brand DIN, ANSI, ISO, GB and JIS etc. kinds of high-strength screws, bolts, wires, non-standard fasteners as well as high-level anchors series.
It's nearly the noon, the sun was very strong but it couldn't weaken the enthusiasm of staff from Pengchi! They all stood at the gate to welcome the visiting buses, director Zhou Qisheng, general manager Weibo and manager Xu Xiangwen all came out to greet the visiting group. People in the industry all know their enthusiasm very well. Pengchi founds its 26 sales branches all over the country just by this kind of enthusiasm.
There were workers standing in line to greet the visiting group and guide them in order. After entering the conference room, there were also having related staff to guide the guests taking their seats, everything was in good order...All the staff were careful and well-trained, the visiting group were very satisfied with that. Director Zhou who was on behalf of Pengchi expressed that they would make more efforts and to be the best in future. Pengchi takes speedy and strict enforcement of director Zhou as their commitment all the time, the welcome speech was brief but enthusiastic, the promotional film was fine and professional.
Later, the visiting group visited the workshops. Pengchi covers an area of 50,000m2 and their factory situation is designed reasonably, distributing according to the production process. In the workshop, you could see that many machines were working rapidly, pieces of wires turned to shaped screws after passing through the machines. In the storehouse, you could see lines of shelves were standing in order, the screws were placed by category, the workers were counting the numbers carefully and picking up the goods quickly and accurately. During the whole visiting process, all the staff explained and answered the guests' questions as well as keeping the scene order politely. Many guests said that they were pleased to cooperate with Pengchi, the staff in Pengchi were not only enthusiastic but also polite very much.
Before visiting Pengchi, www.luosi.com knew that Pengchi was carrying out plant campus construction at the moment, it's expected that all the constructions would be finished by the end of the year, so the visiting group couldn't enter the workshops. Under the efforts of director Zhou and all the staff in Pengchi, some key constructions were finished by three months beforehand, Pengchi even paid RMB 100,000 for that! There were also some production workshops and heat treatment workshops couldn't be entered into because of still were under construction at the moment. It's regret but at the same time also brought many guests about the idea of visiting Pengchi again. After all, the enthusiasm, earnest and active of Pengchi staff gave all the visitors deep impression.
By then, the third China fastener industry summit has been successfully concluded. The summit added more activities, including "Buyer & Supplier Face to Face", Topic report forum and Enterprise visiting, all the contents of the activities were compact and diverse. Many guests said that although there were some deficiencies of this summit, it could be evaluated 80, they hoped the forth summit would be more brilliant and more diverse and much more fruitful!
