Keys to Success: Technology, Talents, and Service
How could Jiangsu Washen reached its annual output to 1 billion pieces of rivets with annual sales of RBM 70 million within 6 years since its establishment in such an intensely competitive market?
Firstly, technology. Jiangsu Washen will invest around 15% of the yearly margin in technology research and development, and the 60% of its equipment is introduced abroad. Besides, it has taken various kinds of professional testing equipment to guarantee all rivets could be made based on the exact data and features. In 2016, Washen introduced 5 sets of laser sorting machines and facilitated the detecting of unqualified rivets. “This is a 9.8 mm Hem-Firm Type Rivet newly developed by us with good air tightness and high strength. We are confident about our technology.” Mr. Benson showed us this rivet with pride.
Secondly, Talents. Washen attaches great importance to the recruit and cultivation of talent and devoted staff by establishing a complete training system. As for US, the market demanding is huge, so is the competition, while there will be always room for professionals manufacture by our taking part in exhibitions each year. India is developing rapidly with a bigger market. We are sure that we can make a success for our high-end structural rivets by providing reliable quality & competitive prices. Besides, a new factory of Washen covering an area of 10,000 ㎡ will be completed in May 2017, which will improve our production capacity, R&D ability and management significantly.
