In terms of raw materials: In order to ensure the quality and rate of supply, all the material Leda uses is original, except for the bakelite.

In terms of equipments: The high-speed punching machine can make 8-12 molds a time, much faster than manual work.

In terms of products: Supply wide range of products, including these with thickness of 0.1mm—2.5mm

In terms of mould: This is big advantage of Leda, because we have our own R&D personnel, which have much experience, and various kinds of moulds with the highest quality domestically. In addition, Leda installs two sets of infrared incising instruments to meet higher demand of customers.

Nowadays, Leda has been in partnership with many domestic companies. Labeled for the high-end market, the products of Lida are being taken as substitutes for imported products.

These one are our best partners, because we both have high demand for quality." Mr. Lin thinks the higher pursuit for quality is the key to winning over customers, "If they ask why the price is so high, we will explain to them patiently that the price is determined by the cost performance. We will impress them that our products truly worth the money, or worth far more!"

Extending more channels, and integrating various marketing strategies

To Mr. Lin, only if the company knows where its market lies ahead, it can enjoy development at every phase.

The marketing and selling channels of Leda are very extensive. First, it made itself a big name in the domestic market. Speaking of washers, everyone in the fastener industry will think about Lida, reflecting that Leda is equal to "high quality". Second, Leda has many direct end-users, most of whom are hi-end users. Third, Leda has been making plans to go overseas, with one pilot office in Singapore to initially explore the global market. 3-5years later, Leda would have its representative office in US, which could help it serve the global market better and better！

In spite of the tight schedule on hand every day, Mr. Lin pays much attention to the screw industry, in addition to the development of his company, which, he said, is the social responsibility every entrepreneur should have. Not only being vice-chairman of Hong Kong Screw & Fastener Council, he is also the deputy-academician of The Professional Validation Council of Hong Kong Industries(PVCHKI).
