Xingtai Iron and Steel Announces the Acquisition of Xingtai City Ningbo Fasteners

Xingtai Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. has acquired Xingtai City Ningbo Fasteners Co., Ltd. in January, 2010 and becomes the actual controller of Xingtai City Ningbo Fasteners. After the acquisition, Xingtai Iron and Steel will focus on cold formed parts applied in automotive and high strength fasteners with wire as raw materials, automotive or machinery parts, high-end parts and components used in railway and train, spare parts applied in aerospace and navigation and etc.
