On 27, August, 2010, hoping to create great platform for communication and sharing experience, Hong Kong screw and fastener council organizes a delegation of 50 people to visit Shenzhen Dayou Steel Co., Ltd., Kwok Tai Screws and Leda Metal Company.
In the morning, led by Mr. Chan Siu Wai, Chairman of Hong Kong Screw and Fastener Council, the visiting delegation arrives in Shenzhen Dayou Steel and is received by this company.
Shenzhen Dayou Steel, founded in 1993 and covering 106 thousand square meters, is the biggest production base for steel wire secondary operation, with annual production volume of 150 thousand tons. The raw materials mainly comes from Sumltomo Metal Industrial Ltd.(Japan), Nippon Steel Cooperation(Japan), China steel(Taiwan) and other famous steel factories all over the world. The delegation visit Dayou’s production plant, high-intensity workshop, heat treatment workshop, finished product warehouse and testing center. The delegation is deeply impressed by Dayou’s advanced production technology, well-organized laboratory and management methods.
