The 12th Edition of Hardware and Tools Middle East 2011 Officially Inaugurated

The 12th edition of Hardware and Tools Middle East 2011, renown for hardware, tools, materials and machinery industries, was grandly inaugurated by Essa Al Maidoor, chairman of the Society of Engineers in yesterday (May 10th) at Dubai International Convention & Exhibition centre, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Royal Family of Dubai also attended the opening ceremony and patrolled around the exhibition hall, paying great attention to local hardware industrial development.

Hardware and Tools Middle East 2011 covered 8,000 sqm in No. 7 and No. 8 exhibition hall and attracted over 300 exhibitors. Most of the exhibitors were hardware enterprises; among of that there were 17 fastener factories from China Mainland including Jianshan Lisan Metal Product CO., LTD, Ningbo Zhenhai Yongding Fastener CO., LTD, Dongtai QB Stainless Steel Co., LTD, Shanghai Rivet Manufacture CO., LTD, Zhejiang Aozhan Industrial Co., LTD, Hangzhou Huachao Fastener Co., LTD etc. Besides, there was one fastener factory from Taiwan. ChinaFastener.com (Booth No. HT1225), like most fastener media, took part in the exhibition as expected to acquire the first hand information of Dubai’s market.

Most of the purchasers were from the around region of Dubai. There were also some from Euro and other places of Middle East, like India. These purchasers were mainly importers. Some terminal buyers coming for fastener suppliers also showed in the exhibition. As a professional hardware and tools exhibition, comprehensive products were presented in Hardware and Tools Middle East 2011 while fastener products only took up a small proportion.

This exhibition lasts for three days from May 10th to May 12th at local time 10:00 to 19:00 and there is enough time for suppliers, buyers, purchase influencers, consultants and the media gather together in the venue to exchange information and keep abreast of the latest industry trends and developments.
