Accuvision Technology Inc. is a Taiwanese company, specializing in high technology of optical vision inspection system’s research and development. In order to expand reputation and grasp every chance for development, Accuvision Technology Inc. Taiwan participated in 2011 Fastener Expo Shanghai from June 16th to 18th, 2011 at Shanghai Everbright Exhibition Center.   

Accuvision Technology Inc. exhibited the 4th generation glass turntable optical auto sorting machine which had acquired innovative and multi patents. According to Mr. Jeffery Tai, president of Accuvision, in order to adapt to market demand, facilitate users’ application, and provide simple but agile control system, Accuvision had added many new features and improved structure design for machines. The 4th generation glass turntable optical auto sorting machine can sort sizes of M0.6-M4 fasteners, screws, insert nuts, and CNC products, targeting on great speed and accuracy.

In addition, Accuvision Technology Inc. also displayed the ACV-1605 series sorting platform for automotive fasteners, which specialized in producing the larger automotive fasteners (M3-M16, within L150mm) and sorting auto parts.

“This is the 2nd time for us to attend Fastener Expo Shanghai. We had been paying great attention to technology to improve our machines, hence, our machines enjoyed a good popularity during exhibition” said Mr. Jeffery Tai during interview.

 It was learned that Accuvision applied high precision of vision inspection technology to detect the outgoing micro parts quality. With the devices getting smaller, the higher and higher cost of raw materials, and manual inspection unable to meet market demand, the automatic and efficient vision inspection machines of Accuvision will become the wise choice for improving fasteners quality. (M0.8 micro screws were tested OK through Accuvision machines!)
