Press Kogyo Co., Ltd. to Establish New Subsidiary

Press Kogyo Co., Ltd. announced that it has decided to a wholly owned subsidiary, PRESS KOGYO MINI CABIN (SUZHOU) CO., LTD., which will be engaged in the manufacturing and sales of construction machinery parts and automobile parts, among others, in January 2012.
