Recently, in order to solve the pollution issues in the industrial zone of standard parts, Haiyan has set up some pollution-control plans, which include four explicit measures and would be carried out from late September.
1. Controlling measures of waste water
The core part of these measures is to separate waste form rain, which means the problem of the rust in the rain and the oil waste running into river should be treated as a whole issue. First step is to solve the problem of the stacking of steel in the open air. Second, the water used to clean the stacking ground must be deposited before it goes to the waste pipe. Finally, as for the prevention of the oil waste being taken out , there must be segregation channel or area and waste collection pool in the workshop of every company.
2. Controlling measures of air pollution
The manufacturers must pay much attention to every step of exhaust gas from its producing to emission, and realize the stable emission up to the environmental standard. First of all, for the small-size coal-fueling boiler, the desulfurization equipment should be used. Then, we can use acid mist depressor to control the volatilization of acid. As for the disposal of waste gas during heat treatment process, it can be collected by gas-collecting covet for the final disposal.
The current environmental issue existing in the companies should be improved and solved strictly and quickly. We must strengthen our efforts to mark out the transfer of farmers in the industrial zone, and launch completely renovation of the watercourse flowing along.
