British Columbia-based Lance Bissett Ltd. acquired the assets and operations of CID Bissett Fasteners in Eastern Canada. The combined companies will continue to operate under the Lance Bissett name.

Founded in 1929, Lance Bissett operates seven facilities throughout British Columbia and Alberta to distribute automated power tools, collated nails, staples, and construction accessories.
