When stepping into Yuyao Standard No.2 Fastener Factory, it can be seen that over 40 skilled workers are busy operating the forging, cutting and processing machines within this factory which covers 5,000 m², producing fasteners that customers required.

As the nominated supplier for SIEMENS, ABB, and other International Part Companies, Yuyao Standard No. 2 Fastener Factory has received attentions from thousands of clients. It is said by GM of Yuyao Standard No. 2 Fastener Factory, Mr. Ruan Lifei that they are specializing in producing eye bolts and industrial door hinges which can be applied to elevators, marine machinery, electronic devices, medical equipments, and food processing equipments. “The small-lot non-standards orders bring us a large share of business. In spite of the expensive freight charge which is much higher than the cost of products, we offers not only fine products but also confidence to our clients.” said Mr. Ruan. Now 60% of its export value is contributed by Germany clients, while the left 40% is by clients from America and other countries. Within which, 70% of its customers is end-users and the left 30% is distributors.

Deepening one’s industrialization is what Yuyao Standard No. 2 Fastener Factory considers as its short-term aim in the near five years, for sake of shortening the production cycle and providing better fasteners.
