The Customs Union of Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russia passed a decision of imposing protective tariff on certain imported commodities on 21st July, 2011. The decision in detail is:
1. Imposing AD duty of 21.8% on certain metal fasteners (bolts and nuts) originating from Ukrain, not including the products manufactured by Druzhkivka Hardware Plant. It is valid till 13th May 2011.
2. Imposing AD duty of 4.8% to 62.8% on nickeliferous SS cold-rolled sheets (plates or coiled material) originating from Brazil, China, South Korea and South Africa. The AD duty is varied from origin to origin. It is valid till 25th Dec. 2013.
3. Imposing AD duty of 19.4% on bearing pipes originating from China. It is valid till 16th Jun. 2013.
4. Imposing AD duty of 18.9% on drivepipes, 19.9% on pump pipes, 19.4% to 37% on tubes of petroleum and gas with diameter of less than 820mm originating from Ukrain. It is valid till 18th Nov. 2015.
5. Imposing protective tariff of 282.4 USD/TON on certain fasteners (bolts, nuts and washers) originating from China. It is valid till 17th Mar. 2014.
6. Imposing protective tariff of 1.4 USD/KG on SS tablewares originating from China. It is valid till 26th Dec. 2012.
7. Imposing tariff of 31.3% to 41.5% on bearings originating from China. It is valid till 20th Jan. 2013.
8. Imposing protective tariff of 9.9% but less than 1,500 USD/TON on SS pipes with external diameter of less than 426mm originating from Brazil and China. It is valid till 1st Nov. 2012.
9. Imposing AD duty of 11.6% on certain synthetic nylon yarn originating from Ukrain. It is valid till 24th Sep. 2013.
