The Third Chinese Fastener Summit and News Release Conference of the first issue of Industrial Directory of Chinese Fastener were held in Dongguan City, Guangdong on Sep 9, 2007. As the largest unofficial fastener forum of China, the 3rd CFS attracted more than 300 guests, including the leaders of fastener associations, fastener manufacturers, and media.

According to the subject---Seeking for the "blue sea" of Chinese fastener industry and combining with the situation of Chinese fastener industry in 2006 and first half of 2007, all the guests sit together to discuss about the hot spots, searching the solution and direction of the development of fastener manufacturers.

Organized by www.luosi.com, CFS has been successfully held twice. Each time the participants sit together to discuss the hot spots, to exchange their experience, to make the whole industry a united group with powerful international competitiveness, meanwhile, they exchange their thoughts, make friends and do business.
Lasting two days, the summit provided the guests with wonderful activities, including "Buyers & Suppliers Face to Face," news release conference of the Industrial Directory of Chinese Fastener, visiting Dongguan Chunyu and Dongguan Pengchi---two representative manufacturers.

Buyers & Suppliers Face to Face---Promoting your connections, helping you making business deal.

At that afternoon, before the forum, the organizing committee organized the activity "Buyers & Suppliers Face to Face" to give opportunities to both buyers and suppliers for them to communicate and do business deal. The place was divided into six parts, each part was full of active atmosphere. They communicated warmly, exchanged business cards, some of them made business deal and became partners. Many guests said they hope there would always be this activity in the summits in the future since it can promote the interaction among companies and bring them more profit.

Ltd, Mr. Xiwenguan---the general counsel of global investment of China International Fastener & Hardware Center, Mr. Zhouqisheng---the president of Dongguan Pengchi Metal Products Co,. Ltd, Mr. Mengchuntao---a member of board and the strategic adviser of www.luosi.com, Mr. Liuhaihua---the general manager of Leiya Fastener Co,. Ltd(Shanghai), Mr. Wangding'an---the general manager of www.luosi.com.

The Ceremony of the Industrial Directory of Chinese Fastener 1st Issue--- A grand event of fastener industry
The ceremony was very special, as the directory was placed in a hex nut-like Ice sculpture, which stood for 'emerging from the ice.' Later, Mr. Wangding'an unveiled the sculpture together with Mr. Lixiaoshan, followed by a burst of applause. Then Mr. Wang, Mr. Fengjinyao, Mr. Xubingguang and Mr. Caizhiyuan---the president of China International Fastener & Hardware Center held the hammer together to break the ice.

The whole audience broke into deafening cheers when Mr. Fengjinyao took out the directory from the Ice sculpture, just then the directory were issued to every guests. People in this field had expected the directory since long ago as it was named "fastener genealogy". After the ceremony, many guests said it embraced rich useful business information and they hoped the directory can be the year book and tradition of fastener industry.
It is described that the Industrial Directory of Chinese Fastener is the first industrial directory of Chinese fastener industry, which embraces rich information of this field, products, technique and companies directory, etc.

Speeches and the Forum
After the ceremony, the summit came to the subject speeches, including "The red sea and blue sea of the investment of fastener industry in Mainland China," "Spring of distribution centers of fastener in Mainland China," "Discover the blue sea of fastener market according to www.ctrip.com," "Upgrade fastener industry to make it more lively" and "What's the matter with fastener?".  Combining with the present situation, the guests discussed the direction and solutions of fastener industry and manufacturers, wining overwhelming approval from the audiences.
In 2007, the price of materials fluctuates rapidly, the cost of labor rises, the drawback rate is cut down from 13% to 5%, large number of distribution centers spring up, spending boom of fastener industry rises again and again...According to some authorities of this industry, this year is full of challenge and opportunities, the same situation in the year of China's Accession to the WTO. While Luosi.com believes that fastener industry and manufacturers have developed rapidly in 2007, but what we should think about is how to expand "blue sea" in "red sea." Therefore, the subject of this summit is seeded "Seeking for the "blue sea" of Chinese fastener industry."

The forum was closed in an active atmosphere and interaction between guests on the stage and audiences, winning the approval of all the guests. Good to the last, many of the guests said they would attend the next summit as they believed the summit would be better and better.
The next day, all the guests came to visit two representative fastener manufacturers---Dongguan Chunyu Metal Products Co,. Ltd and Dongguan Pengchi Metal Products Co,. Ltd. Then the summit was rounded off.
Many activities were increased in this summit such as "Buyers & Suppliers Face to Face," "The Speeches and The Forum," "Manufacturers Visit," all the activities were rich and well-organized. Many of the guests said though there was some shortage, the 3rd summit could score more than 80, and they hoped the summit could grow and prosper.
