Taiwan's screw exports to US grow in 2013

Taiwan exported some 54,000 tons of screw to the United States in December, a 19% increase in sales compared to the previous month.
Exports of screw totaled 570,000 tons in 2013, up by 3% from the last year. Exports of screw to the US have increased for the second year in a row.
However, the export price is averaged at US$2.478/KG in 2013, down by 2.67% than 2012. Total export value reached US$143 million in 2013, a little rise of 0.18% from the last year.
